Downloading and Extracting from DEX using 7ZIP

All data files downloaded from the DEX platform are compressed and encrypted using AES 256. You will not be able to extract the data from the file using the builtin Microsoft Windows compression tool.

Please use a suitable solution like winzip or the free 7zip (http://www.7-zip.org/download.html) or any other tool that can open the file type mentioned above.

If you are a Mac user we would recommend the free application IZIP http://www.izip.com/

Please see the attached for instructions on how to extract our files using 7zip.
