Extracting Data Downloaded From SYNC

All data files downloaded from the SYNC platform are compressed and encrypted using AES 256. You cannot extract the data from the file using the built-in Microsoft Windows compression tool.

Please use a suitable solution like WinZip, the free 7zip (http://www.7-zip.org/download.html), or any other tool that can open the above file type.

If you are a Mac user, we would recommend the free application IZIP http://www.izip.com/

Please see the attached for instructions on how to extract our files using 7zip.
